Information Axiveo collects

  • Contact details: Names, emails, and context shared when you request updates, join a beta, or talk shop with Axiveo.
  • Project materials: Briefs, design files, metrics, or recordings provided while testing Axiveo products or offering feedback.
  • Site analytics: Aggregate, cookie-free traffic patterns to understand which pages resonate.

How that information is used

  • Send Axiveo release updates or beta invites.
  • Coordinate research sessions and respond to feedback.
  • Improve Axiveo products and ensure system reliability.

Data is never sold. Access stays limited to the individuals actively supporting the product experience in question.

Storage & security

Axiveo uses encrypted cloud providers with region-specific controls. Source code, design systems, and sensitive assets live inside private repos or secure storage with least-privilege permissions. Product data is retained only for the duration needed to support the experience, unless a contract specifies otherwise.
